Singer-songwriter Howie Hooper was a much loved member of Spirit of Rasputin’s and of the Ottawa songwriting community. Howie died of cancer on May 30, 2021. He had launched a songwriting and recording project to raise money for cancer research. The five songs Howie was able to complete are available for streaming from SoundCloud.
